Sta. Margarita, Samar – A crucial step towards bringing a full-fledged Landbank branch to the municipality was taken on November 19 with a site inspection. Leading the inspection were LBP Department Manager/Head Field Support Services Center VIII, Engr. Keanu Garcia, and Municipal Planning and Development Officer, Engr. Raymond James Delabajan.

The proposed branch is set to be located near the newly constructed municipal building, reflecting Mayor Felix Roma Panganoron’s commitment to centralizing key government services. This strategic placement aims to streamline transactions and enhance accessibility for residents.

The inspection was also attended by Head Field Support Services, Engr. Fiel Pedrosa, and Municipal Treasurer Letecia R. Diongon, highlighting the collaborative effort between the LGU and Landbank in bringing this vital service to Sta. Margarita.
