Sta. Margarita, Samar – Mayor Felix Roma Panganoron on January 17 urged department heads to finalize the timeline for the implementation of all Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for 2025.

The push comes in anticipation of the upcoming election ban and aims to ensure the continued progress of initiatives crucial for achieving the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).

The mayor stressed the need to address any shortcomings from 2024, aligning with the Department of Interior and Local Governance (DILG) indicators for SGLG.

The meeting also covered preparations for the implementation of the Civil Service Commission (CSC)-mandated uniform and other tasks necessary for this year’s SGLG assessment, using 2024 data as a baseline.
