In preparation for the 131st Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, the LGU through the various agencies involved in the week-long celebration held a meeting at the Human Resource Management Office, Executive Bldg., LGU Compound yesterday, November 7.

The main goals of the conference, which was held in advance of the municipality’s week-long commemoration of its foundation anniversary, were to finalize the schedule of events and assign responsibilities to the organizations responsible for planning and implementing the programs.

The meeting also included the rerouting of the road map for the motorcade and fun run events, flow management, material preparation and security planning, as well as the preparation of invitations and communication letters.

Overseen by Mayor Felix Roma Panganoron, the said meeting was presided over by Mr. George G. Binas, Municipal Administrator, and was participated in by Dr. Nestor A. Cailo, Municipal Health Officer; Mr. Lorenzo C. Latigo, Municipal Tourism Officer-Designate; Engr. Aivize G. Libunao, Municipal Civil Registrar; and representatives from MACO, MIO, and MENRO.
