STA. MARGARITA, Samar – Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Moises D. Labian Jr., CESO VI, highlighted the importance of discipline among athletes and coaches during the ongoing 2025 Samar Provincial Athletic Association (SPAA) Meet. He expressed his hope to produce athletes capable of competing at the upcoming Eastern Visayas Regional Athletic Association (EVRAA) Meet.

“Our goal is to develop athletes who can compete at the EVRAA level,” Dr. Labian emphasized.

“While training, athletes, please demonstrate discipline. I’ve been emphasizing this – we need athletes with discipline. As we compete at higher levels, we must showcase discipline. This applies not only to the athletes but also to the coaches,” SDS Labian uttered.
